I personally deal with the problem you not alone here are a few foods you can eat,
1. Lactaid milk
Buy the lactaid brand is lactose free enjoy dairy again, you can bake with it also
2. Fleischmanns margarine butter is lactose msg free and they have a toll free number you can call to check and see, good on a bake potato.
3. Heinz ketchup is gluten free also,
4. Most all rice is gluten msg free.
5. Patato flour
6. My favourite chips and salsa
(100% corn chips of course most all salsa's are gluten free pace is my favourite, if you don't know what salsa is and you cant have gluten this sauce will become one of you best friends, you can find it at most major grocery stores,
7. Corn mill this is a good dinner or lunch just take you favourite fish season like you normally would, dip the fish in the corn mill fry until golden or dark brown, you have to try this it's actually better then the fish and chips the most restaurant sale using flour instead of corn mill
8. Mozzarella, you will have to Google this one to find out if they sell it in your area, it smells melts taste just like regular cheese i don't know how they did it but it doesn't taste like most crapy want to be foods.
9. Herbal magic soy protein powder
If your having problems with you weight, then you need to buy this protein powder it is completely lactose and gluten free, and it will help fight hunger and put healthy balance back to your life
10. Corn beef
You buy this stuff in a can, it doesn't look all the hot and your going to have to dr. It up a bit, but you can mix it with rice, potato, then take it from there.
Thanks for reading my article eat lots of fruits, lots and lots of fruits through out the day, and if you get contaminated by anything by tea not just any tea the health store should have something to help you use the bathroom it works wonders.
I've found many ways to make my life easer now I'm trying to help other people with there life's, it can be very expensive and stressful to stay gluten and or lactose free, there where days when i didn't have the strengths to go to school or work, would you like info on little secrets on budgeting for sometimes expensive gluten free diet?
